1. General

By using palos.se and / or placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out in this document. Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place your order.

The fact that products or services are provided on palos.se at a given time does not or does not guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms as needed, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version that is available on palos.se at the time you place your order.

2. Prices and fees

Our prices and fees may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changes in VAT. All prices include VAT of 25%. If the VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees by the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to make printing and writing errors.

3. Order

Ordering is done on our website www.palos.se. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to email info@palos.se. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that the name and personal or organization number are registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders, if delivery for any reason can not take place. If you have made several orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.

4. Payment method

We accept Visa and Mastercard. In the event of a return, a refund will be made to the payment card you used for your payment. We always encrypt your card number, which makes your purchase secure.

5. Shipping

Palos.se normally handles your order within 24 hours (non-holiday weekdays) from order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the item in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Palos.se cannot provide a late guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering, or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.

7. Right of withdrawal in case of exchange or return

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days from the day you received the item in your possession, or from the day you received the last item in an order for several items. A prerequisite, however, is that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, or worn and that labels and labels are intact.

If the product is not in unchanged condition, we may make a price deduction that corresponds to the product’s depreciation.

The right of withdrawal applies to virtually everything in the catalog and on our site www.. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal has been broken.

If you have items that need to be returned, email us at info@palos.se. We need the following information:

a) Order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice).

b) Your name and contact information.

c) Number and names of the products desired to be returned.

Palos.se must confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are sent back. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free delivery.

8. Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of Euro 20 if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.

9. Complaint

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you must of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.

Please note that you must leave us a message with information about the error “within a reasonable time” after you discover it. If you complain within two months of discovering the error, you have complained within a reasonable time.

When we have received the item that you want to complain about, we will decide whether it is a defect in the item. In the event of a defect, we will replace you as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receiving the item from you. In order for us to be able to compensate you for what you have paid, it is important that you state which bank you have and your bank account number in the message you provide us with the complaint. When you have selected the payment method account, invoice or debit card, the amount is returned to the account from which the payment was made.
